Replacement feet for Prusa Mini.

I recommend using R5 for all feet! Also, be sure to increase the speed of infills from 80 to 90 mm/s as it's actually quieter (for me at least) with the higher speed.

Revision log

R1: Thinner ones
R2: Thicker ones with tighter/better fitment
R3: Even thicker ones with tighter/better fitment
R4: Modified Box, RR and FR for better weight balance and added position label within all of the models

R5: Made all the rail feet thinner. Box foot a bit higher. And some minor design changes.

I have uploaded the STEP file for R5 if anyone would like to remix them.

Placing the feet into position

All feet have a position text “engraved” according

FL: Front Left

FR: Front Right

RL: Rear Left

RR: Rear Right

BOX: Under the Z-axis

Miscellaneous info:

R4/R5 creates up to 10 dB less noise in the 3000-5000 mm/min range compared to R1-R3. It's still most noisy in that range though, so I suggest using 90mm/s for infills instead of the default 80mm/s, as 90 is actually quieter.

For the one under the control box, use "Box". I have only put it into place but you can add a small piece of glue to it if you want to.

Printed sideways with PETG on Prusa Mini with 0.2mm layer height.

Might be some minor flaws here and there so let me know in the comments if you find something, or feel free to remix it yourself :-)

Inspiration taken from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4079300 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2796596

Special info for R1-R3

The one named "Rails" are used for 3 of the corners, you will notice which ones as they only fit on 3 specific corners. On the one corner where they don't fit, use the "Odd" foot.

Print instructions

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

Prusa Mini

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

100%

Filament:

AddNorth PETG Lucent Orange
