I've had my Prusa finely calibrated, when suddenly the Y-axis bearing guide catastrophically failed on me. I printed out off-the-shelf replacements, but didn't feel like tearing apart the entire frame to install them. This redesign of the original SCAD files allows installation in place with just a few simple steps - remove the cog on the stepper and untension the belt. The output appears to be perfect, so I'm confidently calling it finished! To attach the parts, I printed them in HIPS, then used toluene-based model cement to bond them together seamlessly.
