To simplify Z endstop tuning on our Prusa Mendel i3, modified by eMotionTech, we replaced the original endstop with an improved design. By attaching parts 1 and 2 together (using acetone for ABS) and installing them in place of the original holder, we created a new endstop setup. Part 3 was then fixed to the X axis motor using longer screws and included a bolt with a tuning nut for precise adjustments. This easy-to-use improvement has made Z endstop tuning much more manageable.
