Elevating a 500m spindle above the Prusa is an optional feature; I had limited space at the top m8 rods' end, so opted for a spool mount from watsdesign. For the spool inserts, I chose Vik's design available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5634. Subsequently, follow ChatterComa's guide to bend the threaded rod and replace it with this mount for enhanced functionality.
