This design features an adjustable end stop with a screw for fine-tuning. First, print two parts, ensuring M3 bolt passage through holes. Place washers and springs on two 25mm bolts, inserting them through the opto and attaching the top plate. Next, add nuts to retaining holes and thread bolts through bottom plate and into nuts. Mount the end stop, adjusting its position horizontally, and lower the z-axis until it touches the bed. Wind the middle bolt up to touch the top plate, then adjust the end stop upwards until the flag breaks the beam in the sensor. Home the Z-axis and check bed spacing, repeating steps 8-10 until correct position is achieved. Secure with a locking nut, recheck, and optionally tie down wires for security. Celebrate your success!
