Prusa Master Control Knob

<p>Not long ago, I noticed that my MK3S+ had a problem. I had to solve this problem quick, as my printer just wasn't working like it should. It took a substantial amount of troubleshooting, but eventually it dawned on me what was the cause: the stock LCD knob. It was so boring, it effectively broke my printer. I knew this was not a time for dilly-dallying, a fix was needed right quick.</p><p>This was not a machine for just any common, average, run-of-the-mill knob. This Prusa machine needed a knob of legendary proportions, a knob that would make Kings quiver in fear and women blush with impure thoughts. And so it was that I, a humble newbie in the world of 3D printing, set about a task that some might say should be left to men harder and wiser in the ways of the world: designing such a knob in FreeCAD.</p><p>And so it comes to pass, friends, that I give you The Master Control Knob. As would befit a knob of such high breeding and enlightenment, Prusa Orange PETG was used with a layer height of 0.1mm. Due to the extruded text on the top, the knob was printed upside down with a raft.</p><p>Enjoy! And please let me know if you find this design useful!</p>
