To enhance stability, we adopted the MendelMax's bearing technique for a Prusa Mendel. After testing, it effectively reduced Z wobble. We shortened the bottom center horizontal threaded rod to 295mm and used two 608 bearings per Z drive threaded rod. M8 nuts were tightened together on each Z threaded rod's bottom for bearing placement. Prusa rod clamps, used on the Z motor mount, are needed in addition (two extra clamps).
