Following JulienM's design, this model requires widening rod slots for smooth operation. The bearing holes are slightly large to accommodate different rod widths. Use zip ties to secure bearings in place. JulienM also created an LM8UU version of this model. Test it as well and visit http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41986 for more information. Print the model in ABS due to high heat area. Drill zip tie holes and clean bearing holes properly. Mount bearings, QU-BD extruder plate, and carriage on your Prusa. Tighten zip ties finally, and enjoy your printer.
