PRUSA like - Raspberry PI 4 case with a 40x40 fan and bracket for MK3/S

<p>PRUSA like - Raspberry PI 4 case with space for a 40x40 fan and a bracket to clamp the case to the frame of the PRUSA i3 MK3/S</p> <p>In mi case i used a 40x40x20 fan i had lying around (12V from embpaspt) connected to 5V for reduced noise, you could use a NOCTUA 40x40x10 5V if you wish</p> <p>SCREWS:</p> <ul> <li><p>2 x countersunk M3 up to 6mm in length to hold the bracket to the case</p> </li> <li><p>2 x M3 with 5 to 8 mm in length to hold the bracket to the frame of the PRUSA</p> </li> <li><p>4 x M2.5 with 22mm length to hold the fan (my fan is 20mm thick if you're using a 10mm fan use a 12mm screw)</p> </li> <li><p>4 x M3 (15 to 20mm in length) to join the top and bottom of the case</p> </li> </ul> <p>As i'm not using nuts you could probably use M3 screws all around if you haven got the M2.5</p> <p>The same happens with the lenghts, you could get away with different lengths but the ones listed are the optimal screws i designed the case with</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I used PRUSAMENT PETG JET BLACK (the same PRUSA uses in their printers)</p> <p>I used supports on the TOP part of the case (screw holes and fan dock)</p> <p>Find attached GCODE for PRUSAMENT PETG for the PRUSA i3 MK3S and the 3mf file.</p>
