Prusa Lightbar LED Strip enclosure

I did, however, have some 24v LED strips kicking around so I designed and printed myself a lightbar enclosure that I super-glued my LED strips inside and it works really nice. This works very well with these clips (although other mounting options would surely work as well) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3268910 I printed mine from PETG. The printing orientation should be pretty obvious, but for the diffuser, I printed mine vertically -- this can cause them to "tip" over and fail to print correctly since they're tall and skinny. I'd recommend adding a large "brim" for them to make sure they stick nicely to the print bed. To build one you'll need 5x of the diffuser segments -- I split it into segments to prevent them getting too tall and difficult to print. They just clip on to the rail, so you can easily stack them one after another and it looks just fine. Note: depending on your print settings you may need to trim down one of the diffusers slightly to make them fit perfectly on the rail. Just use a utility knife and you should be able to shave a few layers off the end of one of them pretty easily. Since there are 5, small length errors in printing can add up. All the parts clip together, but you may want to put a little dab of glue on the endcaps to make sure they're attached really well to the rail -- mine kept popping out if I bumped it and it seemed easier to just glue them than trying to agonize over the design to make it bullet proof, haha.
