Prusa Lift

Prusa Lift

Design

This lift / mount is designed to be installed in an enclosure. It allows you to lift a Prusa printer from the bottom to clean up below the printer. The mount arms are long enough to have a MMU installed.

The mount can be fold up so it doesn't get in the way during daily operation. It comes with a snap in mechanism to secure it.

Printing

Good with standard settings 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle. I prefer PETG for functional prints. All parts need to be printed twice. Turn the parts as mentioned in the file descriptions. Automatic support from bottom is nice to get better screw holes.

Additional parts required

2 x M4 x 16mm screws for axles

4-6 x M4 x 16mm screws for top mounting (depends on your enclosure)

4-6 matching M4 nuts (or 2 x CeilingMountCounter.stl)

Closing

This is another free 3D model made available for you. Designing, testing, preparing, uploading and maintaining my models is effort. In case you enjoy them, please send a donation using the coin button in the top right. Thanks a lot!
