Prusa LED Light Bar (SethBon) Power Cable Guide

<p>SethBon's LED light bar is a great design, but I didn't really like how the power cable was loose at the back of the printer.</p> <p>I designed a guide that holds the sleeved (or unsleeved) cable against the frame, and and thin enough to not interfere with any moving parts.</p> <p>For the sleeve, I used 1/4" (6.35mm) PET: <a href="https://amzn.to/2M7FPm1">https://amzn.to/2M7FPm1</a></p> <p>The screw is an M3x10mm, which is available in the Prusa spare parts bag (5.3x3mm head) or here: <a href="https://amzn.to/3coYHaE">https://amzn.to/3coYHaE</a></p> <p><strong>Print Instructions</strong><br/> Print "body.stl" and "side_lock.stl" in the orientation seen on the build plate screenshot. "body_without_lock.stl" not necessary.<br/> Layer Height: 0.20mm<br/> Infill: 20% Rectilinear<br/> Supports: None</p> <p><strong>Assembly</strong></p> <ol> <li><p>Place the round profile of the side_lock (tab facing down) into the matching cutout on the body piece.</p> </li> <li><p>Insert M3x10mm screw through the hole, connecting both pieces.</p> </li> <li><p>Tighten onto the back of the printer frame, ensuring that the sleeved cable is not pinched and the side_lock is hugging the inside of the frame.</p> </li> </ol> <p>I've also include a version of the body that doesn't need the side lock: "body_without_lock". Might need to be pretty tight so it doesn't rotate on the frame...</p>
