This is my first share, I decided to make a fully sealed cover made of Ikea Lack tables, with in-and-exhaust. ## Equipment: - Prints - obviously - Ikea Lack table - Oak - 3x 436x446x1.8mm PMMA glass panels (or 496x446 for 50mm prints) - 2x 218x446x1.8 PMMA glass doors (or 496x218 for 50mm prints) - Temp/Humi Sensor: aliexpress.com/item/32719650369.html - 2x Enermax T.B.Silence PWM ( UCTB12P ) - 45x45mm Scantling cut into 8x 25mm Pieces - HEPA and Carbon Filters (Not yet selected) ### Update #2 on 18.05.2020: Added parts versions for resemblance of version control, changed hinges with internal diameter from 5.2->5.3mm, added 50mm parts, and included *_EXT.stl hinges (only for 50mm prints). ### Update #1 on 18.05.2020: One of my hinges broke off due to insufficient margin to rotate as good as possible. I'm working on a strength solution by printing the plexi holders with a hole in a circular shape for a 1-2mm iron rod. Currently, I use cheapish, blunt, 1mm drills to drill into and cut at the surface. ### Update #1 on 16.05.2020: I'm thinking about a good way to seal or overlap the doors. My first idea is to glue a felt layer around. (This worked like a charm. PS. Do NOT use superglue; its vapors stick to plexiglass.) ## NOTES: - The knob requires you to pause print just before height 12.20, insert a nut, and then continue printing. - The Ender box is in preparation, but I goofed up and glued the thing a bit skewed. - 50mm prints are supposed to have dual hinges (top and bottom of the printed part).
