I reinforced the nut-holding hole with a strategic chamfer that not only keeps the nut securely in place but also conceals any imperfections in my craftsmanship, as evident from the photo showing red-faced regions. However, I continue to struggle with this design aspect due to its inherent weakness - despite adding extra material, it surprisingly enhances the overall structural integrity of the component without compromising functionality.
