I needed to mount a belt pulley above the bearing on my printer, with the belt concealed behind the 20x20 crossbar that connects to the handle, so I created an adapted bracket, featuring two versions: one that lowers the top of the flat plane by 6mm and another that drops it by 27mm with an additional screw hole for the vertical 20x20. Both brackets are specifically designed for use with flanged bearings.
