Download the "CableChain.stl" file from here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11978/#files. Use as many Cable Chain segments as you need for your bed movement, and use these End Segments to create a Cable Chain perfect for your Prusa i3v Heated Bed. This design doesn't compromise the structure of the forward laser cut wood panel but does require a cutout of the rear panel. Wires from your power supply and RAMPS board pass through this cable chain to the heated bed, ensuring they don't get caught on the moving bed. Changelog: Oct 4th Update: I created a bracket for the rear of the bed so wires won't get caught between the moving bed and the stepper motor at the back. Zip-ties hold wires in place along the bracket and into the cable chain, working really well! Sept 27th Update: I removed remaining side mounting holes on Male and Female ends (improves print quality of female button holes). Also separated pieces into individual STLs to better arrange them for printing. Installed parts on my printer at home and uploaded photos.
