prusa i3 Zonestar p802/Anet A8 Y idler

I updated the y idler with an M3 screw thread tensioner. The fit between the carrier and tensionier is very tight, requiring some sanding to achieve a secure connection. However, it functions well and exhibits no movement when in use. I printed the carrier using supports, with the four location lugs facing upwards. I have also incorporated screw holes into the base to facilitate attachment to a wooden board. Additionally, I will be uploading a set of mounting blocks for M8 threaded rods to secure them to the board. These mounting blocks are now available on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1305674. Similar modifications will also be made to the Y stepper mount, which is now accessible here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1315461. The end result should significantly reduce vibration and unwanted movement in the y-axis. If you own a Zonestar printer, I highly recommend my z-axis upgrade, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1205037.
