Prusa i3 Z-Axis Reinforcement

The original Prusa i3 frame has one major flaw: bed and frame are not effectively joined together, causing movement between layers and lowering print accuracy.\nTo boost stability, try this super cheap solution:\nA simple attachment of the main frame (z-axis) to the base (y-axis). This easy connection requires just a few parts: 2 clamps, 2 rod connectors, and 3 extra threaded rods (one in place of the original one, two additional ones).\nBill of Materials:\n2 threaded rods, diameter: 6mm, length: 350 mm,\n1 threaded rod diameter: 8 mm, length: at least 260 mm (replaces the original rod of the base)\n4 nuts M6,\n2 clamps (printable),\n2 connectors (printable).\nOptional:\n4 nuts M8 to secure the rod connectors. \nUpdate 29-10-2016:\nBased on material type, the initial clamp can warp over time. To address this, I've uploaded a reinforced version with ridges for added strength. Unfortunately, the original clamp is no longer available.
