I love the design for Hephestos, but it's not fully compatible with my Vanilla Prusa i3 Metal Frame. I only have 625ZZ ball bearings and they don't fit on the original design because the distance between the rod and metal frame is different. So, I decided to create my own custom parts that are compatible with the Vanilla Prusa i3, 625ZZ ball bearing, and M5 rod. I'm excited to share it with you all, and I welcome any comments or criticisms! Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 Metal Frame Rafts: No Raft Needed Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm Layer Height Infill Density: 40% Honeycomb Pattern Notes: This part was printed in ABS, but I still need to work on preventing corner lift. BOM (Bill of Materials): - 2 x 625ZZ Ball Bearings - 4 x M3x15 or M3x16 Allen Screws - 4 x M3 Nuts - 4 x Washers Design Process: This design was created using SolidWorks 2014.
