A versatile upgrade to the standard mount bracket for y-axis motors, featuring an effortless installation and removal process that requires only a screwdriver. The adjustable design allows for easy alignment of the belt in a straight line. Suitable for threaded rods with a 10 mm diameter, this bracket offers optimal performance with a rod spacing of 20 mm. The stepper motor shaft is positioned at a height of 29 mm. Assembly Instructions: First, print two provided STL models using the following settings: layer height 0.25 mm, 4/4 solid top/bottom layers, and 4 perimeters. Next, drill holes for the screws to ensure free insertion. Insert a nut into the slot and secure the main part (p1) to the motor with M3 screws. Combine the two parts of the mounting bracket near their future position and tighten the screw partially. Align the motor so that the belt stands in a straight line. Adjust the position of the belt pulley as needed by moving it along its axis. Finally, tighten the screw completely to secure the assembly.
