This is a Y end idler with belt tensioning capabilities designed specifically for the Prusa i3 printer. To assemble this, you will need: Two M4 x 20mm bolts along with two nuts. One 5cm M8 threaded rod, accompanied by two nuts and several washers. A single 608 bearing, similar to what can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3970. Designed using 123D design software, the accompanying .stl file includes a corresponding .123dx file that allows for effortless modification of various object parameters. For optimal layer adhesion, I highly recommend utilizing PLA material. If this tutorial has been helpful to you, please consider leaving a "like".
