Prusa i3 Y-axis tensioner (M10/Rework)
thingiverse
I was searching for a tensioner that could be easily swapped out without needing to remove the rods from the frame, while also keeping the bearing perfectly centered. So here it is. This design is specifically tailored for M10 rod i3 variants; if you require an M8 version, simply leave a comment and I'll do my best to create one. You will need: * 1 x M4 screw, approximately 20mm in length or more * 2 x M3 screws, each around 25mm in length (the exact length may vary depending on your setup; I'm using 30mm and they're about a millimeter too long) * 2 x 624 bearings * 2 x M3 nuts for securing the bearing side To fine-tune the tension, you can use longer screws or nuts.
