Prusa i3 Y-Axis Tensioner Knob
thingiverse
You can screw in a hex nut and then use it as a handle to tighten an ordinary bolt against it. Take a close look at my X-axis knob right here, plus the leveling knobs for the bed over there. This project is actually based on Thingiverse design #713300, but I've modified it extensively to suit my specific needs. Here are the instructions you'll need to follow: First off, we're working with the following parameters: - cross_section = 0 - hex_nut_width = 5.42mm - knurled_height = 70mm - backlash = 0.2 - supportless_friendly = 1 - bottom_thickness = 6.00mm - screw_hole_diameter = 50% - screw_hole_length = 100% - height = 10cm - hex_nut_thickness = 25% - knurled_density = 50% - knurled_strongness = 5 - diameter_2 = 125mm - diameter_1 = 150mm
