prusa i3 XL aluminum frame w/ aluminum gantry

This sneak peek showcases an aluminum gantry for a larger version of the i3 printer, called i3XL. The original model features v-groove bearings and double beveled edges. It's designed for a custom 300x300 heated bed with dual J head extruders (ideally Prusa hot ends). CNC-cut files will be shared once tested. Printed parts include extruder components and bed bearing holders, using the same aluminum upgrades as the i3 aluminum frame. Due to time constraints, friend Tony is considering building it with a Dremel as a small CNC machine, which Repetier supports for both 3D printing and CNC settings.
