Prusa i3 X-Z axis leadscrew
thingiverse
Here is the modified version of this guide for transitioning to leadscrew. Key differences between this version and the original include support bearings - 608zz, and a nut featuring four holes. Two versions are available for motor attachment: one with a hole for a mechanical endstop, and another without; however, you can always reprint an endstop holder as additional details if needed. For optimal results with the mechanical endstop, use this model: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:603961. Post-processing is necessary to align the guide shaft and leadscrew into a parallel state; mechanical or chemical methods will suffice. You'll require two 608zz bearings, one M4 screw, four LM8UU, a flexible coupling measuring 58mm in length, and two leadscrews each measuring 300mm (I personally use a version with an 82mm diameter).
