Check out the new Prusa i3 x-ends I designed for use with Acme Leadscrew on the Z axis. To complete this upgrade, I sourced z motors, lead screws and traped nuts from Robotdigg - http://www.robotdigg.com/product/31/NEMA17-Threaded-Rod,-350mm-length-Tr8*8-Acme-Leadscrew. For improved belt tensioning, I used the upgraded belt tensioner available on Thingiverse - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:160636.
