The initial GT2 belt files were unprintable using a .5mm nozzle due to tiny teeth. However, RP_one_Labs and Twelvepro files printed well with 1mm wide teeth/grooves. After examining the original file in Netfab, I discovered the teeth width as .25 and groove width as 1.75mm. Consequently, I modified the .scad file for improved slicing using Kisslicer at .252 layers and .7 extrusion width. This solution aims to assist others facing similar challenges; note that the configuration file had issues so it was integrated into the main file.
