I crafted this setup so I can meticulously adjust the tension on my x-axis belt to precision. The standard pulley is securely fastened within the tensioner, while an M3 nut is cleverly inserted into the end of the tensioner, sliding smoothly into the groove in the axis mount. An M3x25 screw with a reinforcing M3 washer then passes through the back of the axis mount and into the rear of the tensioner, where it perfectly aligns with the nut. As I simply turn the screw, it draws the tensioner closer to the back of the axis mount, carefully pulling the pulleys back and increasing the tension in the x-axis with exacting control.
