I carefully rounded off the corners of this x-axis carriage to make it simpler to print on my Folgertech Prusa I3 printer. I'm installing this upgrade and will let you know how it performs. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 15% Design Details: To enhance the carriage's stability, I added standard computer case screws to securely hold the bearings in place.
