It makes assembly easier by keeping washers in place for the y-carriage and vertical frame.\nThe part gets removed when you assemble.\nTo use it, just keep washers secure, insert it where the frame belongs, and its shape will help push it out as you put the frame in.\nBe aware that to take this part off later, you'll need to turn it because it will press against a smooth rod above it.\nThis part is made for 10mm threaded rods which are used on the latest Prusa i3 y-carriage.
