Modified Prusa i3 Wade's Extruder Mount After searching high and low for the right parts, we decided to bring our Prusa i3 back online. We scoured everywhere but none of the existing mounts were compatible with our hotend setup, which requires 200x200mm bed travel. I took matters into my own hands and created a custom mount. This design is based on the Wade's Extruder Mount found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:396949 and incorporates the x-carriage from that model. On 1/5/15, we received an update - our print worked seamlessly and fits perfectly with our Prusa i3. Note: This mount is specifically designed for the NEMA 17 Wade's Extruder, so your results may vary if you're using a larger extruder stepper motor.
