Prusa i3 upgrade supporto filamento
thingiverse
Support base for filament spools. In addition to printing, the following parts are required: two bearings with an internal diameter of 8mm and an external diameter of 22mm, height 7mm; four M4 x 20 screws; four M4 washers; a 23mm inner diameter aluminum tube, 100mm long. Assembly is straightforward, but caution should be exercised to use a drill or point to punch the aluminum tube at the holes present on the caps. I have not used screws so that there are no screw heads, which could be annoying in the presence of slightly wider spools. Nothing prevents you from using screws if you think it's a good idea. Remember that two pieces per side and two caps for the tube need to be printed. I suggest rotating the side pieces as shown in the picture and rotating the parts before slicing to make them lie flat on the plane. No supports are required for any piece. The lateral parts should be printed rotated 180 degrees to avoid supports.
