After two years of fine-tuning my Prusa i3 Steel, I'm nearly ecstatic with the outcome. Here is my comprehensive set of printable parts. I won't post the BOM because I believe the photos are sufficient to construct this printer. I utilized a reused optical endstop for the Z Axis. To build the spool holder, you'll need four additional 608 bearings. The frame resembles either this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:349150 or this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:660330 With this extruder, it's possible to feed a new roll of filament while printing in real-time. You'll need some practice to accomplish this. 2017.12.01 - I uploaded an incorrect Z-stopper mount by mistake. A corrected one will follow shortly. 2017.12.03 - I've uploaded a new mount for the optical Z-endstop.
