This Prusa I3 Extruder PG35l stepper derivative features 24mm mount spacing (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:81140). The creator made a derivative due to uncertainty about the filament guide's proper functioning when clamped between the idler and main extruder body, as they hadn't built their printer yet for testing purposes. They sourced 3D models of springs from www.assocspring.co.uk for future reference. The design accommodates a jhead with a 5mm tophat depth, along with a groove mount fixture that attaches the fan duct. Made from aluminum, this groove mount is work-in-progress and may be outdated; the hotend hole is designed for Rev 1 e3d, so feel free to adjust it in FreeCAD's file tree. Feedback and input are welcome for further improvements, as it runs on the creator's printer. They recently printed a fan mount at 0.4 layer height but encountered clashing issues with their printer's uncalibrated state, glass clip, and bolt configuration. A recent update suggests funneling out the hole after the gear to ensure smooth filament guidance.
