This is my handcrafted spool holder for Prusa i3 machines. It complements a 6mm aluminum frame I acquired earlier perfectly. The versatile spool holder can be positioned to face forward or backward, giving me the option to install filament into a direct drive extruder with either the PTFE tube in place or removed. I have included two versions of the spool holder, each catering to different requirements. The shorter model fits standard 3D printing spools perfectly, while the longer version can accommodate almost any size of spool out there.
