This is just the start...\r\n\r\nIt functions perfectly.\r\n\r\nGT2 28T Pulley x2\r\n\r\n852mm GT2 endless belt\r\n\r\nPrint 2 tops, 1 base \r\n\r\n605 bearings used for the idler base, secured with 3mm screws.\r\n\r\n604 bearings used for the belt with an M4 washer on both ends and thin printed spacers. Long grooves in the top mounts allow for belt tension adjustment by moving the bearing in/out then tightening to fit. It's already fairly tight at its loosest setting. \r\n\r\n5mm metal bar to press into the 605 bearing (I used brass). Use 5mm to 8mm flexible coupling for both motor side and idler side to attach leadscrews.\r\n\r\nI built this several years ago, literally years back and only uploading now. If there's interest, I'll upload more pictures and details. \r\n\r\nUnfortunately, I lack motivation for anything else right now.
