I sell plastic parts for the Prusa i3 kit available at http://www.emakershop.com/Seller=801. I made some changes to the original design found on https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3, https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3-vanilla and the extruder was updated here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379: The x-ends were slimmed down with zip ties that feature a built-in adjustable tensioner and easy z height adjustor located at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:500550. To fix clearance issues on the bed mountings, I increased the height of the y-corners. Mounting holes for hot end to extruder were combined as well as the ones for extruder to x-carriage that uses M5x40 bolts. The extruder idler arms are strengthened and lengthened. I also widened a 608ZZ bearing hole on the extruder so it fits better. As of January 30, 2015, I updated the design with new endstop holders for v1.2 endstops using PCBs which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:659231. If you only have just switches then use i3xyze13 and cable tie x and y to smooth rods. Source files are located here https://github.com/gcolbourn/Prusa3-SemiU. To extract specific parts from the build plate STLs, you can use Slic3r's Split function that comes with these STLs. On April 24, 2015, I updated the design with extra parts for the Box Frame (12mm plywood) version of i3. Find it here: i3box_extras2.stl which doesn't require the z parts from the i3xyze14.stl file. I added extruder body and idler for 1.75mm filament on April 29, 2015 as shown here: eg175_4.stl that uses a PTFE tube with 4mm OD and 2mm ID between hobbed bolt and hot end.
