In a continual effort to make the rework better, more open, and/or more customized for my setup I redid the Y-Motor mount. I redid it in Solidworks 2014 and the source, for the original as well as my version, is included. What I had to do for my bed was raise the heated bed, with the Boro glass on top and corrugated cardboard underneath, off of the Y plate or I could not level it. So, I replaced all hardware with Stainless since the plain metal m3 hardware was letting the heat flow easily to, what basically is, my Y plate heatsink. Once I did that I lifted the bed up, and off, the aluminum Y plate by about 5mm. What this allowed was the bed to be leveled pretty easily thanks to the Boro glass and with the machine printing the movements help air to flow underneath keeping it much much cooler (longer distance for the heat to travel and stainless conducts heat less easily). I also moved the slot in the mount forward by 2mm allowing my bed to have the full Y print area.
