I built another idler for the axis and Prusa i3 rework printers. The old one broke, and I was getting lazy about taking out all the pink rod to put in a new one. Plus, the belt wasn't sitting well on the tumbler, so I made an idler with double bearings. Printed at 0.4mm nozzle size, 0.2 layer height, 30% infill, and supports at 30% everywhere for a 10mm threaded rod. I used one M8x25 screw, two 608zz bearings.
