The case for the MKS GEN L with mounting holes as RAMPS/ARDUINO MEGA makes a strong argument. When I decided to replace RAMPS with MKS GEN L, I drew inspiration from it. Both cable outlets and the top and rear ones have a tunnel for cable ties. The file case_MKS_GEN_L_v14.f3d is a Fusion 360 archive that allows you to completely redesign the case if you wish.
