I am struggling to locate source files to work with my I3 Rework project so I am meticulously creating SW source files from scratch. Each file is painstakingly created by hand, so they may not be identical replicas and/or contain something I might have overlooked, but they will be as close as I can get to the originals for the 1.75mm filament version. You'll see that in the source code tree "Cut-Extrude-Filament Hole" indicates the hole size you can modify freely. Please point out any errors so I can make corrections - this is still a work in progress. Here are some basic instructions: First, ensure your slicer's "detect thin walls" feature is turned on before slicing these files. Next, measure from dead center of the filament hole to the large gear edge, add washers and then calculate the hobbed bolt distance based on its depth, for precise results.
