A remix of Thingiverse's #431506, but designed for 50mm fans, where the distance between holes is 40mm. This revised version boasts a distinct shape. It's used on my Prusa i3 rework with a J-Head to secure the fan in optimal position above the E3D hot end found at Thingiverse #953807.
