I'm using the first version of this design, which has the same size as the original Prusa i3 Rework 1.5. When I print the new wider version, I'll update here with photos and my experiences. Here's what you can do: You can easily remove the M8 roads without disassembling the M10 threaded road frame. You won't need to use zip ties. Make sure to tighten the m3 holes for the screws that hold the top part in place. Be careful of the gap between the tray and Y corner when assembling. I haven't printed this version yet, but I'll update you soon with photos and my experiences. Update: 2017-02-20 I've printed this design, and I made the M10 holes a little bit bigger. Now it looks good. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rework 1.5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 40%
