Add two 40mm fans on opposite sides. All screw holes are three millimeters in diameter. Replace the two hotend support screws with three thirty-five millimeter screws. A new fan support is necessary for a 40mm fan to cool the hotend. Install a low-noise Noctua fan. Find Version 2 of the extruder patched by @skywodd at https://www.carnetdumaker.net/.
