**Extrudeur.stl** is the file for the modified extruder body. **Chariot.stl** is the file for the carriage. This project is a modification of the Prusa I3 Rework 1.5 extruder. The following features have been added: - A quickly adjustable carriage has been included for the inductive sensor, with a diameter of 12 mm. This allows you to fine-tune the inductive sensor even when the printer is not connected to the PC using RepetierHost. You don't need to follow the procedure with gcode G92 Z0, G30, M851, M500. Simply adjust the wing nut and use auto-home in the LCD menu (it's recommended to start with a safe setting where the inductive sensor is below the hot end nozzle and then gradually increase the screwing of the wing nut). - The extruder has been hardened with two housing for M3.5x16 wood screws. In the original design, the layers of the first printed one split due to the housing of the M4 nuts. This modification upgrades a Prusa I3 Rework from 1.0 to 1.5 and includes an inductive sensor adjustment feature that depends on the temperature of the heatbed. When you tune the inductive sensor with a heatbed at 55°C, the nozzle will crash into the heatbed if you use auto-home when the heatbed is colder. To attach the carriage to the extruder, a cut of about 90 mm of M3 threaded rod with five nuts and a wing nut was used. A spring from an old Wade extruder (Prusa I3 Rework 1.0) was also utilized, but any slightly different spring will fit. For convenience, F - Extruder_.STL has been joined from thing:858449 Prusa i3 Rework 1.5 (licensed under GPL). This STL file is imported in the scad files as a basis for the modifications.
