This is a modified version of the extruder of the Prusa i3 Rev.1.5 from eMotion Tech, with two significant modifications: I lengthened the capacitive probe holder to allow the use of longer hotends beyond the suggested hexagon, including the E3Dv6 and the Pico. I also strengthened the part connecting to the X carriage by thickening it to increase rigidity.
