Still Learning about 3D Printing. Tried printing with ABS in one shot, but after hours the part warped so badly it was unusable. The cover is long enough to accommodate all of the wires. I'm now printing in grey and blue PLA, breaking up the bottom into smaller parts. After printing the base piece, cut out or remove the section where the wire at the bottom exits. Or do it before printing when printing parts separately. After realizing I'd printed the top part without a hinge pin, I improvised by drilling out the center of the flange and putting an M3 bolt through. In retrospect, this is probably the best way to do it since pressing the top cover over the bottom part might break off a hinge. Some closeups show the results of not using supports for overhangs of more than 60 degrees. How I Designed This Designed on Autodesk Inventor and exported to STL for printing.
