This is a custom PSU cover designed specifically for the 3Pin IEC320 C14 Inlet Module Plug, which can be viewed in detail by checking out the provided picture of this plug. This design works seamlessly with standard power supplies sourced from online retailers such as Aliexpress and Ebay.
