!!!!!!!Print with at least 7 percent support touching build plate using triangles, or even more of any other style you prefer.\n0.3mm layer thickness or smaller; 20 percent infill or higher\nFits on my i3 printer, which measures 179mm by 180mm.\nThe first two downloaders may have experienced issues due to the center supports being incorrectly aligned in my initial design. This problem has now been resolved.\nMy main goal is to upgrade my wood Prusa i3 Pro B printer from eBay, as it suffers from severe flex in the center, front, and rear areas. I'm aiming to make this printer completely bulletproof.\nThe y-axis was prone to shifting back and forth until I installed a center brace. Additionally, the original motor mounts were weak, but Pepcowboy's modifications added some strength. However, these new mounts were still too short, causing them to snap when the printer was tipped on its side. To resolve this issue, I made the mounts taller and added a support between the sides.\nThe clamps used for holding the smooth rod in place were weak and prone to stripping out. I therefore designed new clamps that attach directly to the smooth rods, eliminating these problems altogether.\nThis design is a fusion of two different concepts.\nTo make this design more robust, I added extra material to connect the two pieces together. In the future, I plan to modify it so that they can be connected completely seamlessly. My idea involves extending one part and shortening the other in the middle section, then drilling holes in both wood components and bolting them securely together.\nI would like to extend my gratitude to the original designers, Pepcowboy and Nigelbe.\nHere are the links to their designs:\ncenter brace by Nigelbe: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1751317\noriginal mount by Pepcowboy: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1786474\nmy reworked motor mounts: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1943145
