Prusa i3 Power (PSU) Mount

This is a mount for a Prusa i3 power supply unit (Black PSU version). Used to make the PSU remote to allow use of a printer enclosure. As used in the Budget Printer (Corotherm) Enclosure Project [ here < https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5633734 > ] Printed in PETG. The unit incorporates a standard 120mm blower ducted fan (as used on cooking hobs and similar) in the lower cavity. The upper cavity holds the PSU and ducts the air (delivered from the fan below). The PSU vents are used in a 40/60 ratio for cold ducting in and warm air exhaust. The fan parts are held together with 3 x 45mm M4 stainless pan heads. The PSU to mount connection is made with 4 x 25mm M4 panheads The fan to PSU is just a slot fit The PSU / Fan assembly can be mounted using M6 panhead bolts to any vertical surface either on the Corotherm enclosure it was designed for, or (e.g) a “Lack” table leg. I am running the Blower on a 5-12v variable supply, allowing fan speed adjustment. Not been run in summer yet, but on minimum fan there is no perceivable heat to touch on the PSU after 36h constant running. Note: you could run a 24v fan direct off of the PSU, but I could only find small PC fans on 24v and I wanted more insurance than that.
